  • Personable Identifiable Information (PII) including first and last name, gender, bill-ing/delivery address, orders and receipts, email address, telephone number, voice re-cording, sms messages.
  • Data tracking via cookies on our website. We use cookies to track and monitor your en-gagement of the website and to help Altus better understand visitor usage and allows us to improve our site.   • Recordings from CCTV equipment. CCTV is in place at Altus Services Limited, and re-cordings via these cameras will only be used if required as part of a criminal activity.

We use your non-sensitive personal data to register you as a new client, manage pay-ments, collect and recover monies owed to us, to manage our relationship with you, and send you details of our goods and services.
