Please remember timber is a natural product with natural characteristics. Seasonal humidity changes may cause the wood to expand and contract and a small amount of movement in timber in these circumstances is absolutely normal. Fine surface checks can occur and may disappear and reappear during seasons of high and low humidity as boards gain and lose tiny amounts of moisture.
Your glass should be cleaned with a proprietary glass cleaning liquid or clean soapy water. Care should be taken when cleaning leaded lights or stained glass areas. No abrasive cleaners or solvents should be used.

Overflowing gutters can cause a lot of damage both inside and outside your home. We recommend that you clear out your gutters at the following times:
