To ensure that you get everything you want out of your new structure, we strive to understand your requirements and aspirations fully from the outset.
Working with your existing plans or from an initial consultation with the design team, we will focus on what you wish to achieve and take you through the size, style and shape options available. We also take care to consider any planning permissions or building regulations.
Altus Services has its own “in-house” design team. We work together as a team to ensure that our services exceed the expectations of our customers.
Site surveys
After confirming an order, we can arrange a site survey by one of our fully qualified professionals.
This means taking exact measurements and noting the exact position of windows, pipes, drains, soil pipes and any other possible obstructions such as walls and garden features, etc.
The survey will also assess the site access arrangements and take note of any special considerations.
Using the site survey, site analysis and the initial consultation, we prepare accurate drawings for approval.
Attention to detail
The drawings produced for you, along with the information from the detailed site survey, will be given to our technical team, who will use this information to produce a complete CAD technical drawing.
Once reviewed and approved, these highly detailed drawings are used throughout the production stages.
